Athlete Information
SHUTTLE BUS
Sunday, July 26th, 2026, a shuttle bus service will be available to transport athletes from the designated parking areas (Industrial Zone in Via Giabbio and CFPA in Casargo) to the village of Premana.
The service will start at 6:00 AM and will continue until all athletes have reached Premana.
Please follow the instructions of the drivers and the volunteers in charge of traffic and parking
management.
TECHNICAL ADVICE

In case of rain, bring a rain jacket or waterproof clothing.

The race takes place on mountain trails: wearing proper trail/mountain running shoes is mandatory.

Pay attention to the speakers’ announcements at the starting area to ensure order and punctuality when lining up at the start.

The use of poles is allowed only if:

carried from the start
-
handed over at the Larec zone by the organization (see race regulations).

The use of earphones or music during the race is not permitted for safety reasons.
BAGS AND POLES
Sunday, July 26th, 2026

The bag deposit will be located in the square of the Kindergarten, near the race office (see map).

Bag drop-off: from 6:00 to 7:45 AM.

Bag pick-up: at the same location.

Please attach the adhesive labels with your bib number, provided together with your race bib.
For the Giir di Mont 32 Km, the organization will provide a pole transport and collection service on the second climb of the course:
-
Poles must be handed over at the race office.
-
They can be collected at the beginning of the climb to Bocchetta di Larec.
-
At the top, poles can be returned to the organization, which will give them back after the race at the sports hall in Via Papa Luciani (marked area).
To collect bags and poles, athletes must show their race bib.
ENVIRONMENT

Waste bins will be placed a few meters after each refreshment point.

Athletes are asked to fully respect the environment.

Recycling bins provided by SILEA
will be available in Premana (start/finish area).
Please pay particular attention to proper waste separation to help keep the area clean.
REFRESHMENTS AT THE FINISH
At the end of the races, a refreshment area will be set up near the finish line for all participants.
LUNCH AND SHOWERS

Athletes are invited to go to the Palasole, the Premana sports hall (Via
Papa Luciani, next to the Middle School). -
Showers and lunch will be available.

From 11:30 AM, the Pro Loco of Premana will serve lunch, included in the registration fee for athletes
of the 32 Km and 18 Km races. -
Companions may purchase lunch on site for 15 euros.
AWARD CEREMONY
Sunday, July 26th, 2026

The award ceremony will start at 3:00 PM at the Palasole.
-
After the ceremony, athletes will be directed towards the shuttle bus collection point.
-
Athletes who left their car at the parking area in the Industrial Zone (Via Giabbio) may also return on foot (pedestrian path of about 10 minutes, available online).
